About Me
I began my professional career at BBC Television within the drama casting and artists rights team.
Prior to the BBC, I was fortunate to secure placements at Steven Spielberg’s London film animation studio; at Planet 24 on The Big Breakfast, and at Ginger Productions on Don’t Forget Your Toothbrush, providing the opportunity to experience two very different live television environments.
BBC production credits include A Respectable Trade, Casualty, Crimewatch, EastEnders, Holby City, Jonathan Creek, Live & Kicking, and Midnight’s Children
On leaving the BBC, I moved across into talent representation. Initially as an assistant in a Soho agency, before joining an agency where I had responsibility for running a list of 70 actors.
Since 2007, I have worked in the area of celebrity management for charities. I established the celebrity manager role at the Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI) where I remained until joining Macmillan Cancer Support in 2013.
Paul Cullen Partnerships was established in 2019.
